Connect the keyboard to the computer via USB and switch it on.
Use Chrome or Edge. Safari cannot do MIDI in the browser.
When the browser asks “Use MIDI devices?”, tap Allow.
Still nothing? It may be a charge-only cable. Switch the keyboard off and on again.
