The 7#9 — also called the "Hendrix chord":
• R – 3 – 5 – ♭7 – #9
The #9 is enharmonically the same as the minor 3rd. Major 3rd + #9 together = maximum friction.
Example: E7#9 = E + G# + B + D + G
